How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right size depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, a board should reach between your chest and chin. Check our detailed Size Guide on each product page for specific weight recommendations.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship Slash Snowboards worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties.
What is your return policy for boards?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused snowboards in their original plastic wrap. Once a board has been mounted with bindings or used on snow, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do Slash Snowboards come with a warranty?
Every Slash snowboard is backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers structural issues like delamination or core failure, but does not cover impact damage from rocks or rails.
Are the boards pre-waxed and ready to ride?
Yes, all our boards come factory waxed and with detuned edges. You can take them straight from the box to the lift, though we recommend a hot wax after your first 2-3 days of riding for optimal performance.
Which binding mounting system do your boards use?
Our snowboards utilize the industry-standard 2x4 insert pattern, making them compatible with the vast majority of bindings on the market, including those from Union, Burton (Re:Flex), and Flux.
