At Slash Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment in its original packaging. Whether the flex isn't right or you need a different size, we are committed to getting you back on the mountain with the right setup.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused snowboard or gear back into its original shipping box, ensuring all factory tags and protective films remain intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
